Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers the InfoparkDaily website (including Jobs, Recruit, Job details, News, Contact, Career Tools sign-in, resume builder, templates, pricing, and ATS checker), the InfoparkDaily mobile app (including Guest login, job listings, job requests, Templates, and resume-creating help), and messages you send us voluntarily. It does not control Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google sign-in, app stores, or employer career portals — those services have their own policies.

2. InfoparkDaily mobile app

InfoparkDaily also offers a mobile app so candidates can use the same community help on a phone: browse jobs, see job requests / Recruit openings, and get resume creating help. Guest login is a required option in the app so you can open jobs without creating an account first. The app is part of the same independent InfoparkDaily community — not Infopark official and not a recruitment agency. Enitexa may help build and maintain the app as our freelance software provider.

Guest login

• The app must offer Guest login. You can continue as Guest without signing up with email, phone, or a social account.
• As Guest you only see the job list (community openings to browse). Guest mode is for discovering jobs — not for building or saving a resume.
• If you tap Templates or Resume builder while you are a Guest, the app takes you to the login screen. Those features open only after you sign in (or create an account).
• Guest login does not mean InfoparkDaily is the employer. Job listings you see as Guest still need the same official verification as on the website. We do not collect resume details from Guest users unless you later log in and enter them yourself.

• Jobs in the app: the app can show the same style of community job listings as the website (Infopark, Technopark, Cyberpark, and reviewed company requests). Apply links still go to the employer or official park portal. We do not hire on behalf of companies.
• Job requests in the app: companies or authorised contacts may submit or view a job request (Recruit-style hiring request) in the mobile app as well as on the website. Requests are not published automatically. We review first. Fake or unverifiable requests are not added to Jobs. Do not send passwords, OTPs, or candidate payment details through a job request.
• Resume creating help: after you log in, the app may help you draft, edit, or improve a resume (Templates, Resume builder, suggested structure, or wording tips). This is career support for you. InfoparkDaily does not become your recruiter and does not send your resume to companies unless you yourself apply on the employer’s official channel. Guests who tap Templates or Resume builder are sent to login first.
• If you type name, education, skills, work history, phone, email, or a resume file into the app, we treat that as information you chose to provide for resume help and/or your account. We use it to generate or save your draft, improve the helper, and (if you ask) to reply to support. We do not sell resume data and we do not charge candidates for resume help or job alerts.
• Resume drafts (after you log in) may be stored on your device and/or on our systems so you can reopen them in the app. Guest mode does not save a resume. You can ask us to delete resume data we still hold, where practical. Always verify any auto-suggested text before you send a resume to an employer.
• The app may request device permissions such as notifications (job alerts), storage / files (to save or share a resume), and camera (if you add a photo to a resume). You can refuse a permission in your phone settings; some features then will not work.
• App stores (Google Play / Apple) have their own privacy rules. Analytics or crash tools inside the app, if enabled, follow the same consent idea as this website where we can offer a choice.

InfoparkDaily community accounts

The InfoparkDaily jobs and worker section uses Firebase Authentication for sign-in and Firestore for account details, profiles, community job posts, applications, messages and reviews.

Your approved worker profile is public and may include your name, photo, title, skills, location, experience, availability and expected rate. Community job posts become public after review. Editing a profile or job post returns it to review.

Your account email, phone number and uploaded documents are accessible to you and authorised administrators. Documents are limited to three private slots, up to 700 KB each. If you choose to attach a resume to an application, a copy is shared with that employer and remains with the application if you later replace or remove the original file.

Community applications are visible to their worker, employer and authorised administrators. Private chat opens after hire approval; administrators can access conversations for support and moderation. Reviews following completed hires are public. Saved jobs and your personal record of applications to external employers are private to your account.

To request removal of your community profile, account information or shared documents, email infoparkstorieskochi@gmail.com from your registered email and identify any active hires. Firebase sign-in and account services are also subject to Google's applicable privacy terms.

2A. Career Tools on the website (login, resumes, ATS, portfolio)

Website Career Tools at /resume-builder/, /ats-checker/, and related portfolio sign-in are the same independent InfoparkDaily community helpers — not Infopark official. Full use rules are in Terms — Career Tools.

• Sign-in: email and password or Continue with Google (Firebase Authentication). We receive the account email, display name if Google provides it, email verification status, and a sign-in identifier so you can reopen drafts. We do not sell this.
• Password reset / verification emails: sent so you can confirm ownership of the inbox and recover access. We do not ask for OTPs in DMs.
• Same account: Resume Builder and Portfolio sign-in share one InfoparkDaily account when you use the same email or Google login.

2B. Resume making — what we store

• After you sign in, drafts you save may be stored in our cloud (Firestore) so you can edit on another device. Typical fields include name, headline, contact details you type, education, experience, skills, projects, summary text, photo if you add one, template choice, and export settings.
• You can delete a draft in My resumes. Ask us to delete the account data we still hold, where practical, from infoparkstorieskochi@gmail.com.
• We use resume content to show your editor, generate a preview/PDF, and (if you contact support) to help fix a save error. We do not send your resume to companies unless you yourself apply on the employer’s channel or use a separate InfoparkDaily on-site apply form on a job page.
• Unsaved browser-only edits may sit in local storage on your device until you save or clear site data.
• Pro templates: if you message us on the published WhatsApp number to unlock Pro designs, that chat is processed only to complete the unlock. Do not send OTPs or job-application payments there.
• Portfolio sign-in: saved favourites and enquiry notes use the same account. Package WhatsApp enquiries are processed to reply about a website quote — see Portfolio package terms.

2C. ATS checker — files stay on your device

• You can run the ATS checker without an account. The PDF / DOCX / text is read in your browser. InfoparkDaily does not receive the file or the score.
• Optional job-description text you paste for keyword matching is also processed locally in the page unless we later state otherwise on that tool.
• If you email us a resume for support, that copy is handled only to reply to your request.

3. Job listing data (outside / public sources)

InfoparkDaily started to help and support youngsters and job seekers. We publish job and internship information gathered from outside sources — for example Infopark and Technopark job sites, company websites, careers pages, LinkedIn, social media, individuals who share leads, and other public channels — plus company requests reviewed via Recruit. We do this so Kerala’s IT community can discover opportunities more easily.

• We are not the employer. For most jobs, we do not receive your resume unless you choose to email our community inbox for a separate support reason. For selected listings with an on-site InfoparkDaily application form, we collect your application (including resume) to review and forward for that opening.
• Because listings are compiled from outside websites, people, and social channels, we cannot guarantee that every opportunity is genuine, original, or still correct. Anyone who visits this site or uses the mobile app must strictly verify on official company or park channels before applying, travelling, sharing documents, or paying anyone.
• Never pay any amount for a job or interview. InfoparkDaily never charges candidates.
• When a detail cannot be verified, our pages may show “Not officially disclosed by the company.” — we do not invent contacts or salaries.
• If any issue arises after you use community information, InfoparkDaily is not responsible for that outcome. Full liability rules are in our Terms. Final verification is always your responsibility.

4. Recruit — hiring request data

When a company or authorised contact uses Recruit (or Contact / email / the mobile app job-request flow for the same purpose), they send us hiring details so we can consider listing an opening on Jobs — on the website and in the InfoparkDaily mobile app.

• We may collect name, email or phone, company name, location, role, vacancy details, and any message text you provide.
• We use this data to review the request, attempt verification, communicate about the request, and — only if accepted — publish a public Jobs listing for job seekers.
• Requests are not published automatically. Fake, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable requests are not added to Jobs.
• Published listing fields may include company, role, location, and apply contacts that the submitter asked us to share. Do not send passwords, OTPs, or candidate payment details through Recruit.
• Full Recruit rules and liability are also in our Terms. We may update Privacy and Terms as new community needs or issues arise.

5. What we may collect

• Contact / Recruit / email / WhatsApp / Instagram DMs / app job request: name, email or phone, company name (if you provide it), and your message (job post request, campaign brief, support request, etc.).
• Guest login (app): if you continue as Guest, we do not ask for an account. We may still process technical basics needed to show the public job list (for example device type or app version). We do not collect resume, Templates, or Resume builder content from Guest users.
• Signed-in account (website Career Tools or app): if you log in, we may collect account details you provide (such as email, phone, or a Google / sign-in provider id) so you can reopen Templates, Resume builder, and saved drafts.
• Website Career Tools resume drafts: after login, details you type to create a resume may be saved to your InfoparkDaily cloud account. ATS checker files stay in the browser and are not uploaded.
• Technical basics: standard web / app server or browser behaviour may include IP address, device type, and app version if hosting or crash logs record them. We do not use this to build marketing profiles.
• Local preference only: theme choice (ipd-theme) and optional UI flags (for example dismissing the jobs alert bar) stored in your browser’s localStorage; the app may store similar preferences on the device.
• For most listings, we do not ask candidates to upload a resume to InfoparkDaily in order to apply for a company job — you apply on the employer’s official channel. Resume creating in the mobile app is a helper so you can prepare your own CV.
• Selected on-site apply jobs: when a job page shows an InfoparkDaily application form, we may collect your name, email, phone, location, experience, portfolio / LinkedIn URL, resume file, and optional note. We store those details for hiring review and email a cover letter (with your details) to our official inbox (infoparkstorieskochi@gmail.com). We do not charge candidates to apply. You can ask us to delete an application we still hold, where practical.

6. How we use information

• To reply to your inquiry, Recruit / job request, or collaboration request.
• To review and verify company hiring requests before deciding whether to publish on Jobs (website and mobile app).
• To show the community job list inside the InfoparkDaily mobile app, including to users who choose Guest login.
• To provide Templates and Resume builder on the website Career Tools and in the mobile app after you log in (draft, format, or suggest wording) based on what you enter. Guest taps on Templates or Resume builder in the app are used only to send you to the login screen. ATS checks on the website stay on your device.
• To correct or remove a listing if you report an issue.
• To review reports about fee requests, false statements, fake Recruit posts, or other safety concerns related to a job you saw on InfoparkDaily (website or app).
• To operate and improve the community website and mobile app experience for job seekers.
• We do not sell personal data. We do not charge candidates for job alerts or resume help.

7. Storage, cookies & caching

• The site may use a service worker to cache public pages for faster loading. Cached files are public site assets, not your private messages.
• Theme and small UI preferences stay on your device until you clear site data. These are treated as essential / functional storage.
• Contact messages sent by email / Formspree (if enabled) or WhatsApp are processed only to respond to you. Resume drafts created in the mobile app after you log in may be stored on your device and, if you save them to our service, on our systems so you can reopen them. Guest users do not get a saved resume draft until they sign in.
• Your cookie / analytics choice is stored locally (for example ipd_consent_v1) so we remember Accept or Reject on later visits.

8. Analytics, cookies & consent

If you Accept cookies, we may load Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Google AdSense to understand traffic, improve pages, and show advertisements. Clarity may review anonymized session replays, click/scroll heatmaps, and interaction signals such as dead or rage clicks. Contact form fields are masked in Clarity recordings where possible.

• We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you Accept, advertising and analytics storage signals default to denied. After Accept, analytics and advertising storage may be granted so measurement and AdSense can work as configured.
• If you choose Essential only in Cookie Settings, we do not enable Microsoft Clarity or AdSense, and Google Analytics remains restricted under denied analytics storage (no analytics cookies for measurement as configured).
• You can change your mind anytime via Cookie settings or by clearing site data in your browser.

9. Third-party links and processors

Job “Apply” links open employer websites. Maps, Instagram embeds, WhatsApp, Google sign-in, Firebase (Authentication / Firestore), hosting, email delivery, and app stores are third-party services. They are required to follow their own privacy terms. Before you submit personal data on those sites, read their policies. InfoparkDaily is not responsible for third-party data practices.

9A. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, signed-in cloud storage for drafts, access limited to operators who need it for support). No online service is completely secure. Use a strong password, do not reuse it on other sites, and never share OTPs. You are responsible for devices you use to open Career Tools.

10. Report fee requests, false information & financial issues

If anyone asks for money for a job, shares a false statement, or causes a financial / document safety concern related to content you found on InfoparkDaily, please connect our team. We can check the issue and update or remove content where appropriate.

• Share the job link / company name and what happened. Do not send OTPs, passwords, or payment credentials to anyone.
• InfoparkDaily never charges candidates. We clarify this so our community stays safer.

11. Your choices and rights

• Access / update: you can edit resume drafts in My resumes and update account name or email where the product allows. For other copies we still hold, email us from your registered address.
• Delete: delete drafts in the product, or ask us to delete Career Tools / app resume data, contact-form correspondence, or an account, where practical.
• Portability: you can export or print your resume PDF from Resume Builder. For a copy of account records we still hold, contact us.
• Marketing: InfoparkDaily does not sell candidate lists. You can opt out of optional community broadcasts we send, where we offer that choice, and you can Reject non-essential cookies.
• You can Accept all or choose Essential only via the site banner / Cookie settings.
• You can request correction or removal of community content you believe is wrong or harmful.
• You can use the app as Guest to browse the job list only, or log in to use Templates and Resume builder. On the website you can browse templates and run ATS without an account; sign in to save resume drafts.
• You can clear browser storage / site data anytime in your browser settings, and uninstall the app to remove local app data on your device.

12. Children

Our content is aimed at students and working professionals seeking IT jobs and career updates. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it where possible.

InfoparkDaily has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the website and in the InfoparkDaily mobile app. Our published standards, reporting steps, and child safety point of contact are on Child Safety Standards (CSAE).

13. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and related Terms as community needs or new issues arise (including Recruit, Jobs, Career Tools login, resume making, ATS checker, portfolio sign-in, the InfoparkDaily mobile app, Guest login, and safety rules). The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or mobile app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
