Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

1. Scope and app name

This page is the externally published child safety / CSAE standard for:

• The InfoparkDaily / Infopark Daily community website at infoparkdaily.online.
• The InfoparkDaily mobile application on Google Play and other app stores (including Guest login, job list, Templates, Resume builder, and job requests).
• Related InfoparkDaily community channels we operate (for example InfoparkDaily Jobs and InfoparkDaily Media), when content is submitted to us.

InfoparkDaily is a Kerala IT jobs and career community for students and working professionals. It is not a social, dating, anonymous-chat, or random-chat product. These standards still apply to all users, including Guest login. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

2. Zero tolerance — what we prohibit

InfoparkDaily prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). CSAE includes content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child (a person under 18). This includes, for example, grooming, sextortion, trafficking a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.

• You must not upload, store, share, request, generate, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery that sexually exploits a minor.
• You must not use InfoparkDaily (website or app) to contact, groom, or exploit a child, or to advertise such activity.
• Resume Templates, Resume builder, job listings, job requests, messages, and profile or contact fields must not be used for CSAE or CSAM.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is aimed at job seekers and professionals, not children.

3. How we address CSAM

When InfoparkDaily obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on our website or in the InfoparkDaily mobile app, we take appropriate action in line with these standards and applicable law.

• We remove the content from public view as quickly as practical.
• We may suspend or disable the account, Guest session, or submitter access involved.
• We may preserve records as required for a lawful investigation. Do not send illegal files to our public email or WhatsApp. Tell us where you saw it (page, screen, user, or listing).
• We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authority (see below) when the law requires it or when we have confirmed knowledge of such material.
• We may refuse, reject, or delete job requests, resume drafts, or other user submissions that violate this page.

4. In-app reporting of child safety concerns

InfoparkDaily allows users to report child safety concerns in-app. Anyone using the InfoparkDaily mobile app can submit a child safety / CSAE / CSAM concern without leaving the app — including Guest users.

• In the app, open Contact, Report, or Feedback (or the in-app support email) and describe the concern. That is our in-app user-feedback mechanism for child safety reports.
• You can also email infoparkstorieskochi@gmail.com from inside the app (subject: “Child safety report (CSAE)”) or call / WhatsApp +91 99952 54290.
• On the website, use the Contact page.

Tell us where you saw the issue (job, profile, resume draft, message, or screen). Do not attach or forward CSAM. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local police first.

5. Reporting to regional and national authorities

InfoparkDaily complies with all relevant child safety laws and reports confirmed CSAM to regional and national authorities when we have actual knowledge of it, as required by those laws.

• India (regional / national) — National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: cybercrime.gov.in
• International / NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org
• Local police / emergency services where a child is at immediate risk.

Users may also report directly to those authorities. InfoparkDaily will cooperate with lawful requests.

6. Child safety point of contact

7. Child safety laws

The InfoparkDaily mobile app complies with all relevant child safety laws in the countries where we offer the app. That includes having a process to report confirmed CSAM to national and regional authorities (for India: cybercrime.gov.in; internationally: NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org). We also follow India’s Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) framework and other criminal and information-technology laws that prohibit CSAM.
