1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using InfoparkDaily (website, Jobs, Recruit, news, contact form, the InfoparkDaily mobile app including Guest login, resume creating help, Templates, and job requests, or linked community channels), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who we are

• InfoparkDaily began as an individual Instagram page started by Sarang R to help youngsters and job seekers. The website and related channels grew from that same independent community effort.
• InfoparkDaily is not Infopark official, not Technopark / Cyberpark official, not a government body, and not any kind of park authority or certified corporate hiring office.
• Related community identities such as InfoparkDaily Media and InfoparkDaily Jobs (including matching Instagram handles) belong to the same independent InfoparkDaily community — they are also not official Infopark pages.
• Enitexa (Enitexa.ai) is our freelance software / digital service provider for website, apps, and tech support. Enitexa is not Infopark official and is not the employer for park job listings.
• InfoparkDaily is a community page / platform (website, mobile app, and social channels) that shares IT jobs, internships, walk-ins, hiring updates, career tips, and Kerala tech-park related news to help job seekers. The mobile app must offer Guest login so you can browse the job list without an account. After login, the app may also help you create a resume (Templates / Resume builder) and may show the same job requests as Recruit. We are not a company in the sense of a certified recruitment firm or park management office.
• We only help and support the community — by sharing openings, visibility, resume-creating help in the app, and related information. We do not act as your employer, recruiter, or legal representative.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Infopark, Technopark, any employer, or any government body unless we clearly say so.
• We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or placement consultant. We do not hire candidates on behalf of companies.

3. Job & internship listings — source & genuineness

InfoparkDaily started to help and support youngsters and job seekers. Job and internship information on this site and in the mobile app is collected from outside / public sources such as Infopark and Technopark job boards, company websites, careers pages, LinkedIn, social media posts, individuals who share leads, and similar channels. We research and organise that information for community awareness — we do not invent employer offers.

• We are not the hiring company. We do not control interviews, offers, salaries, or whether a vacancy is still open.
• Because data comes from the internet, individuals, and third-party sites, InfoparkDaily cannot guarantee genuineness, originality, accuracy, completeness, or current status of every listing at every moment. Visitors who use this data must strictly check whether it is genuine and correct before they act.
• We try to be careful and safety-focused — checking official public sources where possible and marking undisclosed details clearly — but this is still community information, not an employer guarantee.
• Company hiring requests via Recruit are reviewed before any Jobs page listing (see section 5). Public-source research and Recruit submissions may both appear on Jobs after our checks.
• Meeting eligibility on a listing does not guarantee an interview or job offer.

4. Detailed check required · proceed only after you verify

InfoparkDaily does not finally confirm any job, internship, walk-in, salary, deadline, location, phone, email, or company claim as absolute fact. You (he / she / they) who act on a listing must do a strict personal check before proceeding — including whether the opportunity is genuine, original, and still correct.

• Do not treat any InfoparkDaily page or mobile-app screen as official confirmation from a company HR team or client.
• Before you apply, travel, share ID / bank details, pay anything, or trust a contact number, you must verify on the organisation’s official website, careers portal, Infopark / Technopark company profile, or other verified official channel.
• Only after that official confirmation should you proceed. If you cannot verify, do not rely on the community listing alone.
• InfoparkDaily is not responsible for decisions, losses, travel costs, scams, or other issues that arise when someone uses community data without this official verification.

5. Recruit — company hiring requests

The Recruit page — and the matching job request flow in the InfoparkDaily mobile app — lets companies, HR, or authorised contacts ask InfoparkDaily to consider sharing an opening. This exists to help job seekers see real opportunities — not to guarantee placement, interviews, or offers. Job requests shown in the app follow the same review rules as the website.

• Submitting a Recruit form is a request only. It does not automatically create a Jobs listing.
• We review and attempt to verify company identity, role details, official email, HR / company phone, website, and other contacts you share. An opening is added to the Jobs page only if we accept it after that review. We may call or message the verification number before publishing.
• If a request looks fake, incomplete, misleading, unauthorised, or cannot be reasonably verified, we will not add it to Jobs. We may ask for official confirmation or decline without listing.
• By submitting Recruit (or a similar hiring request via Contact / email / the mobile app), you confirm the information is truthful and that you are authorised to share it. Providing false hiring information may lead to rejection, removal, and reporting where appropriate.
• Even after we list an opening, candidates must still verify on official company channels before applying, travelling, or sharing documents. Our verification is a community safety step — not a legal or employer guarantee.
• We may update, pause, or remove Recruit-sourced listings at any time. Further privacy handling of Recruit form data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Mobile app — guest login, resume help & job requests

The InfoparkDaily mobile app is another way to use the same community platform. Guest login is a required option in the app. As Guest you may browse the job list. After you sign in, the app may also show walk-ins, job requests (Recruit-style hiring requests), Templates, and Resume builder. App store listings and the app itself are still InfoparkDaily community tools — not Infopark official and not a placement agency.

• Guest login is required in the app as a way to continue without creating an account. While you are a Guest, the app only shows the job list.
• If you tap Templates or Resume builder as a Guest, the app navigates to the login screen. Those screens open only after you log in or create an account. This is expected app behaviour, not a paid upgrade.
• Jobs & job requests in the app are the same kind of community information as on the website. Listings can change, close, or be wrong. You must still verify on the official company or park channel before applying, travelling, or sharing documents — including jobs you open as Guest.
• A job request submitted in the app is a request only. It does not automatically go live. We review and may reject fake, incomplete, or unverifiable requests. Even after we list an opening in the app, candidates must verify officially.
• Resume creating help (Templates and Resume builder) is available after login: you can draft or improve a resume (structure, skills, wording). Suggested text is not a guarantee of interviews or offers. You are responsible for the truth of everything you put on a resume.
• InfoparkDaily does not apply to companies for you and does not send your resume to employers from the app unless you yourself use the employer’s apply link or email. Resume help is for your own use.
• Resume help is free for candidates. Never pay anyone who claims they can “push” your InfoparkDaily resume into Infopark or a company HR desk.
• Device permissions (notifications, files, camera) are optional. If you grant them, use them only for the stated feature. Privacy handling of resume and job-request data is described in the Privacy Policy — Guest login.

7. Your responsibilities

• Use the website and mobile app lawfully and respectfully — including as Guest or after login.
• Apply only through official company channels. Verify roles, dates, and contacts on the company’s official website before confirming anything — including jobs and job requests you see in the app (Guest job list or signed-in views).
• Do not misuse contact details, scrape the site abusively, or impersonate InfoparkDaily.
• If you submit a job or campaign request via Recruit, the mobile app job-request flow, Contact, or email, you confirm the information is truthful and that you are authorised to share it.
• If you use resume creating help in the app after login, you confirm the details you enter are your own (or that you have permission to use them). You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume. Guest users must log in before Templates or Resume builder will open.
• You must not use InfoparkDaily or the InfoparkDaily mobile app for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). See our Child Safety Standards.
• You are solely responsible for your applications, interviews, travel, and career decisions.

8. No fees · never pay for a job or interview

• InfoparkDaily never charges candidates to view, share, or “process” job / internship opportunities, or to use resume creating help in the mobile app. Our side is free for candidates — always.
• Never pay any amount for an interview slot, offer letter, “Infopark entry”, registration, or placement linked to a community listing. Legitimate employers do not collect candidate fees through random UPI / personal chats.
• If anyone asks for money, OTP, “registration fees”, training fees, or deposits claiming InfoparkDaily or a job from our page, treat it as fraud until proven otherwise.
• Paid collaborations (for example company hiring promotions) are business services arranged only through our official contact channels — never as a candidate fee.

9. Report fee requests, false statements & financial issues

We want InfoparkDaily to stay a safe community. If something looks wrong, connect our team — we can review the issue and take action where possible (correction, warning note, or removal).

• Report immediately if anyone asks for money / fees related to a job you found via InfoparkDaily.
• Report suspected false statements, fake contacts, misleading company names, or financial / document scams linked to a listing.
• Report outdated or incorrect listing details so we can re-check official sources.

• Please include: job page link / company name, what happened, screenshots if safe, and any payment request details. Do not share OTPs or passwords with anyone — including people claiming to “help”.

10. Content, logos & trademarks

• Company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear only for identification / informational purposes.
• InfoparkDaily website design, copy, and community branding belong to the InfoparkDaily / Enitexa.ai operators unless otherwise noted.
• You may share our public job alert links for personal non-commercial sharing. Do not republish our full site content as your own product without permission.

11. Disclaimer of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfoparkDaily and its operators are not liable and are not a reason / not responsible for any loss, delay, rejection, travel cost, payment loss, scam, document misuse, or inconvenience arising from use of listings, Recruit or app job requests, resume creating help, guides, news, links, or advice on this site or in the InfoparkDaily mobile app — including reliance on data taken from outside / third-party sources (websites, individuals, social media, Infopark / Technopark portals, LinkedIn, etc.) or from company-submitted hiring requests. Resume suggestions in the app are help only — they do not guarantee a job. Third-party websites and app stores have their own terms — use them at your own risk.

We clarify this openly so candidates stay safe: InfoparkDaily is a community help page for youngsters and job seekers. We share outside information carefully, but final genuineness checks are your responsibility before you proceed. We may update, pause, or remove listings and pages at any time without notice. Privacy and Terms may be updated as new situations arise; continued use means you accept the latest versions.

12. Child safety standards (CSAE)

InfoparkDaily and the InfoparkDaily mobile app prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We remove violating content when we have actual knowledge of it, may disable the account involved, and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authority as required by law. 13. Corrections, removal & contact

For listing corrections, content removal requests, privacy questions, or business collaborations, contact us through the Contact page or our official social channels.
