Foundit, Internshala, and company career pages

Updated 18 October 2026 · Practical steps

Use the board the employer posted on. This page covers Foundit, Internshala, and the company careers form, and how to keep one resume across all of them.

Which site to open

No site lists every job in Kerala. Use the site the employer actually posts on. The park boards and the private boards below answer different questions.

  • The company is inside Infopark, Technopark, Cyberpark, UL CyberPark, SmartCity Kochi, or a KINFRA park: start with the official page on the career tools desk. Then check the company’s own careers site.
  • You want a public professional profile and a named recruiter: LinkedIn.
  • You want Indian recruiters to search a resume database: Naukri.
  • You want a wide search that includes many company career pages: Indeed India.
  • You want internships and campus-style roles: Internshala, below.
  • You want another Indian job board beside Naukri: Foundit, below.

Foundit

Foundit, formerly Monster India, is at foundit.in. Create one account with the same name, phone, and email you use on Naukri. Upload the same PDF. Write a headline with the role, a real skill, and the city.

Search by title and city, filter by recent posts, and apply on the company site when the post gives that link. Foundit, like Naukri, sells paid visibility products. They are optional. A payment is not a selection letter. Do not keep two Foundit accounts.

If you already maintain Naukri carefully, you do not have to duplicate every application here. Use Foundit when a company or an agency says the role is posted there.

Internshala

Internshala, at internshala.com, is aimed at internships, training, and early-career roles. It is a reasonable place for a student or a fresher. It is a poor place to pretend you have five years of experience.

  1. Register with your own email and phone.
  2. Fill education, skills, and a resume. Use the PDF from the resume builder.
  3. In the application answers, write two or three sentences about a project you did. A blank “I am interested” answer is easy to reject.
  4. Read whether the internship is paid, the duration, and whether it is work from home or in Kochi. A “work from home” badge is not a job offer until the description says so.
  5. Do not pay a third party who claims they can get you selected. The company’s own form is the application.

Treat a training course sold on the site as a course, not as employment. Read the price and what you receive before you pay. A certificate is not the same thing as an offer from an Infopark company.

The company careers page

The highest-quality application is usually the one on the employer’s own site. Park portals and job boards often point there. When they do:

  1. Apply on that site once.
  2. Create the account with a real email. Some career sites (Workday, Oracle, Lever, Greenhouse, and others) email a link you must confirm.
  3. Fill the form with the same dates and titles as your PDF. Mismatched dates are a common reason a form is discarded.
  4. Save the confirmation number or the email.
  5. Do not create a second account because the first upload failed. Fix the file — a PDF under the size the form asks for — and use the same account.

How to build one profile you can reuse

Write the facts once, then paste them.

  • Name, city, phone, email, degree, year.
  • Three skills you can demonstrate.
  • For each job or project: title, dates, and three bullets.
  • Notice period or “available from” date.
  • One PDF, filename Firstname_Role.pdf.

Put that PDF on Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, and Internshala. Put the same bullets on LinkedIn. When a fact changes, change it everywhere on the same day.

What “maximum applications” gets wrong

Sending the same resume to every post in Kochi lowers the reply rate. A recruiter can see a generic file. Ten careful applications a week, each with a headline and a top bullet that match the post, beat fifty untouched clicks. The how to apply guide and the safety guide cover the check you still do before you travel for a walk-in.
